The Pilates method was developed by Joseph Pilates as a system of exercises intended to strengthen the human mind and body, creating connections between mental and physical health. Pilates can help you build core strength, develop flexibility, endurance, and alleviate pain and tension.
I teach private and semi-private classes built around the changing needs of your body and overall physical health. I also offer rehabilitation programs, general exercises, and targeted sessions for specific problems. I am trained in a wide range of Pilates modalities such as the Garuda Method, MELT Method, and Buff Bones, amongst others. Having taught for over a decade, I am confident in my ability to work with individuals with a diverse range of needs, from those in post-surgery rehab to professional athletes. I can help you move with ease at every stage of your life.

With a degree from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, I take a detailed analysis of your nutritional health in order to offer lasting solutions that work for you.
Born out of my own experiences and needs for rehabilitative Pilates and holistic health, my practice is very personal. I want to extend my knowledge, my training, and my deep care about full holistic health to you—helping you adopt a healthy lifestyle that will give you a better quality of life.
